You buy a package of uses in advance. One use is one document read. Prices include [VAT rate]% VAT.
Uses are tied to the browser in which you bought them. Clearing the site data of this browser removes access to unused uses; I cannot restore them without proof of payment.
A use is charged only when a result is delivered. If reading fails, the use is returned automatically.
Results are produced by software and can contain errors. Check amounts and dates before you book them.
The service starts immediately after payment. By paying you agree to this and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once a use has been delivered. Unused uses can be refunded within [14] days on request.
Unused uses stay valid for [24 months].

Files you upload are sent once to an AI provider (Anthropic) to read them, and are not stored by me. Please do not upload documents with data you may not share.
To limit free tries, I store a hashed form of your IP address with a day counter. The IP address itself is not stored.
Payments are handled by Stripe. I receive your email address and the amount, not your card data.
Your credit balance is stored under a random key that exists in your browser. It is not linked to your name.
